Helpful staff and relaxed environment. American standard water pressure. Easy reservation extension. Good value for money with lift for accessibility. Clean, spacious washroom with personal fridge and TV. Better than expected for price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, especially Mr Jeffrey who assisted us during our entire visit. The location was ideal, with hot attractions, malls, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the pier, making it convenient for island hopping. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as a personal refrigerator and TV. this hotel provided great value for money.
